Last Day of the Semester

Not that I was counting or anything, but glad to know this is the last day of class. Even though I have to be here on Friday and Saturday to do Access. My own fault I guess. Even if I don't pass, at least I learned a lot from Mr. Wu and how to use Microsoft office sufficiently! Goodluck everyone on the final quiz!

Last Week of Class

Another day of IS101 class.. I'm now at the computer lab doing some assignments, blogging, and studying for the quiz. It seems that the closer we get to the end of the semester, the more work there is. I hope everybody does well on the quiz.. Goodluck everyone!

Relieved

So I'm at work doing my blog and having lunch. This is the first time Ive eaten today. Work was so busy I finally got the chance to get some food. Good thing too cause I was starting to get really annoyed by the customers. I get this way whenever I eat hungry. But now that I have something in my stomach, I have food coma but I have to get back to the desk. At least now I can talk in a more humanly manor.

Up Until The A.M. Hours

I can't believe I am still up at this hour doing work and blogging. I'm trying to get a good night sleep for the past weeks now but with no luck. Those of you that has kids, I don't know how you do it. Going to work, school, and taking care of your children. If I had one of those while doing all this, I'd be burnt to the ground. But I still want one someday. I guess what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger! This was the last thing I had to do tonight. Goodnight!

I'm a Lagger

Today I was late for work. I came in about 40 minutes late because I was up until 3 a.m. taking orders and sending them to my boss. If I don't do my job, he can't do his. I always feel as if I am late for everything. The Sam assignments are due and I haven't started on excel D yet. The textbook is not done and I'm trying to find the time to do them. Working and schooling at the same time is not easy!

Second Day of Presentation

Today's presentations went well. Everybody had a nice subject to present and I enjoyed them. I learned a lot from the people that did present. I particularly liked Amber's. Her topic was on scuba diving which I have tried before in Long Beach, California. I have never dove in warm waters like her, but will look into it. She is brave to be diving with sharks let alone luring them in with bait! What the hell was she thinking!?!

Presentation Day

Today, half the class had to present their PowerPoint Presentations. I was one of them. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the whole thing. Mr. Wu was trying to get my attention from the back of the class and when he did, I felt a bit more relaxed. I don't know why though. When I was not looking at the screen anymore, it helped me speak more clearly and confident. Even though I looked a couple more times, I didn't have to. I did it because I wanted to make sure I was giving information about the right slide. There will be another presentation and I will better prepare myself for it.
